Rejuvenating your Body

A quick tip

Women of my age, over forty and hoping to be around for at least as many more years, often think in terms of I'll relax when… Relaxing can mean many things, including bad things for your body.

When relaxing means meditation and rejuvenation, it has positive effects on your body, but when relaxing means becoming a couch potato, your muscles will not forgive easily, you'll begin to find aches and pains that you've never had before, and the skin that you've been so proudly maintaining will likely become wrinkled and lose all elasticity.

Rejuvenation is healthy, just be sure that you're taking thirty minutes each day to use your body, too. You have to use it now in order to be able to use it in the future.
