Do you write in a journal?

Journals can be great venues for getting the negative thoughts out of your body, staying on-track with healthy eating, maintaining a solid exercise routine, or even just focusing on happy, encouraging thoughts. I have journals that reflect all of the above, or at least I have, at different times in my life. There's nothing more cathartic than taking all of your negative thoughts, scribbling them down, and putting them away. Olivia kept a journal in Megan's Way. She used it to document her daily activities and to flush the angry thoughts from her head. Do you journal? If so, what type of journal(s) do you keep? Do you feel as though they help you in any way?
